Ceraton Polishing Stone has the Japanese line of sticks made with high quality self-lubricating ceramic fibers, which can work with high temperatures in molds, dies and devices, without the need to disassemble them, saving time and performing a quick polishing of metals. For manual use or adapted to polishing machines, filing machines and ultrasound devices, resulting in a different finish from conventional ones.
The Ceraton Ceramic Stone consists of ceramic fiber strands evenly distributed in a thermosetting resin matrix. The result is a cost-effective product with high strength and superior abrasion performance, as well as excellent polishing time. Its shape allows work in hard-to-reach cavities and corners, without breaking and no clogging is stuitable for all kinds of equipments like ultrasonic machines,high speed rotaries,Air Lappers&Air Grinders and also good by hand polsihing.Ceraton stones provides more powerful cutting efficiency,higher hardnees,longer using life.Widely suitable for working on ferrous materials (molds, stamps and devices), and on non-ferrous metals (bronze, aluminum, gold, silver, etc.). Removes electro-erosion marks, polishes, starts mirroring process of molds and cavities with hardness from 25Hrc to 60Hrc. Widely used in ribs due to its high breaking strength. The Ceraton Ceramic stone can be used through manual supports or adapted in polishing machines.Thanks to its flexibility, Ceraton Stones are ideal choice for polishing deep and narrow rib, slots, grooves and engravings which are difficult to polish using conventional abrasive stones. When used with Ultrasonic polishing machines and air lapper, fibre stones help in very fast stock removal and cuts only through its tip and is normally held at 5~45 degrees to the surface to be polished.

-∅3mm round stick: it can be used as a grinding rod matched with a grinder, but its overall length must be less than 50mm, or one end can be sharpened for polishing the fine corners or narrow slits
-To achieve the best performance, we recommend keeping the stone at an angle of approximately 30°~45° to the workpieces to use.
-It is applicable with the material of workpieces less than HRC58 of hardness.
